    This gently spiced carrot cake is lovingly made with the best ingredients Wales has to offer. We love using Welsh organic eggs, Welsh tea-soaked sultanas, and oven roasted pecan nuts. Our carrot cake boasts a hefty treat, packed with organic carrots, Halen Mon sea salt, with a hint of orange. This Sumptuous®️ delight is decorated and filled with an orange oil, cream cheese frosting, and finished with toasted pecan nuts.

This product must be kept refrigerated due to the fresh cream cheese topping. It is highly recommended that customers carry a cooling container, bag, or apparatus, to maintain a constant cold temperature when collecting from Sumptuous®️ Failure to do so would breach environmental health standards.
