    This gently spiced carrot cake is lovingly made with the best ingredients Wales has to offer. We love using Welsh organic eggs, Welsh tea-soaked sultanas, and oven roasted pecan nuts. Our carrot cake boasts a hefty treat, packed with organic carrots, Halen Mon sea salt, with a hint of orange.
